First 8 weeks:

- 15 min. punches - 3 basics:
- Mabu Chuai
- Mabu Gong Chuai
- Su Lio Bu Fa Jing
- 15 min. kicks - 10 basics
- 15 min. - 4 basic hands:
- Guo (grasping)
- Lo (hooking)
- Tsai (up-lifting)
- Qua (jamming)
- 15 min. - 4 basic foot-work directions:
- Shan (to shun or evade)
- Zuang (to turn positions)
- Turng (hopping back and forth)
- Nuou (to change your position to the advantage)
Second 8 weeks:
- 15 min. warm-up
- 15 min. dynamic stretching
- 20-25 min. stance training & jumps
- 15 min. Lohan
(first 4 weeks)
- ba bu
- 3 - ba chuai
- 3 - ba zhong
- 3 - ba tui
- 1-3 basic Tanglang lines
(second 4 weeks)
- ba bu
- 3 - ba shou
- 3 - ba jiao
- 3 - ba zhou
- 4-6 basic Tanglang lines
